When you go to bed, do you rest your head on one pillow or two?

Recently, I've not be getting good sleep. I typically sleeps on one pillow. But with the somewhat sleepless nights, I thought I'll prop myself up with another pillow. And hey, what do you know? I did sleep soundly. Very Happy

I tried it again last night.........but it didn't work. Sad

But oni use such methods when you really can't sleep and make sure it is not long term, not a routine.

I sleep without pillows. But definitely must have bolster and soft toys around my bed.

i got 2 pillows, one soft one hard.

i still prefer to sleep on the soft wan.. but if im not feeling well, i will sleep on the hard one for better support. and i realize i can only sleep sideway.. hmm.. meaning, body facing to the right.

Got such thing ar? Sleep in another room lor. I always do that. Somehow, getting used to your room affects your sleep. Can't sleep, I sleep somewhere else, like the living room.

actually it probably depends on how hard, how soft, how high, how flat your pillow is, then err, know whether 1 pillow enough or not ma

My 1 pillow is really soft and flat, so i sleep on a giant big cat stuffed toy. But in lieu of that, I will just curl up around my bolster with my head on the bolster as a pillow.
