Rhonda SG One pillow now. Used to be two pillows cause both of them were very bi bi (flat flat) one! I've used those ergonometrically-correct pillows designed by some chiropractors assn in the US but biangz... that consistently gave me extremely bad neckaches and shoulderaches!! Try buying those expensive pillows from dept stores when they have their sales! And... I must sleep with a bolster too!
elindra SG Rhonda, you need to buy those of the correct 'height'. You need to measure your neck and buy the one that suits you best or it won't work, plus they are so expensive so you really don't want to end up buying the wrong one.
Rhonda SG I don't think I'll ever splurge on one of those! Even if I did, the pain from knowing how much it cost me would cause sleepless nights for me - defeats the entire purpose!
