wonder why they love to jump down from a height, even if i hold them up while standing

its always the same pattern, look over the edge, inch forward, then lose balance, and desperately try to grab anything

they can do this so many times

when awake, he was always eating.. and you could not drag him away from the food!

strange too.. usually hamsters stash away stuff somewhere... this one ate the stuff

My silly cat Suzie loves strawberry yogurt!

I would open a cup of yogurt and sit on the couch, watching TV. She'd sniff it, and jump up on the seat beside me, and buay pai sey stuff her ENTIRE CAT FACE into my cup!!! Surprised

Once, I was so engrossed with the TV programme, I didn't know she had her face inside my cup already and when I tried to scoop without looking, *ponk! the spoon hit her head and I yelled, 'SuuuuuuuuuuuZiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiie!!!', but she didn't even respond to my yell! Razz Laughing

So, everytime I ate strawberry yogurt, I HAD to put a few spoonfuls of it on her plate for her and whoa... just watch her slurp it all up!! Surprised Shocked She did 'tongue-sprints' where strawberry yogurt was concerned! Razz

here's a story...

a colleague of mine was telling me of his friend's misadventures with pacman frogs...

he had about 10 of them.. and he wanted a poisonous salamander...

so somewhere along the darker alleys of the information superhighway, he traded in 9 of the frogs for one of the salamanders...

the idiot placed it in the tank, the pacman frog hopped over and ate the salamander.. and he was left with no salamander and a dead frog Razz

My ex-flatmate was sooo lazy, I took care of his hamsters for him. Razz

I loved to wait till they had stuffed their cheeks with the seeds, then I'll catch them, and poke their cheeks! Laughing You can actually feel the seeds inside their cheeks!! Surprised

How about this...my friend decided to feed his arowana fresh water puffer fish.

Elindra, you remind me of my mom's friend who kept tanks and tanks of fishes in his home! In fact, one of his bedrooms was entirely devoted to his hobby and it had racks of different sized tanks of all sorts of fishes! Laughing

I mean, fishes as pets are kinda... lacking! I've kept fishes and had the satisfaction of watching them grow but they will never replace pets like cats. Razz

And fishes have yucky digestive systems ... if they have gas, they don't pass it out through their anus, like we do... They look at you, open their mouths wiiiiide, go 'BuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuRP!!!' and then bloop bloop bloop!... bubbles come outta their mouths!

EEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwww!!! Farting through their mouths!!! I mean, that's gotta be super-duper baaaaaaaaad, man!! Razz

Actually fishes are interesting. If you look at them often enough, you'll realise that each fish has it's own personality Laughing

Erhmm he didn't think fresh water puffers are poisoneous.

Anyway as a tip here for anyone else who keeps fishes...do not feed your fish tuberfax worms. Sometimes they contain very high lvls of mercury and can cause your fish to die suddenly
