Fatum SG I have a bunch of red dwarf and blue gouramies that i keep for therapy ... one of those red ones was so picky an eater that he refused to eat any of a can of new feed that he literally starved to death ! ....
Fatum SG I got my whole setup at walmart .... and they don't have those there ... i'm thinking of practical ways to smuggle these fishies back home when i'm done school here ....
elindra SG Oh. Put them in mineral water bottles? I know someone who smuggled in the Thai Siamese Tiger fish into Singapore....they are not illegal in SG but illlegal to bring out of Thailand.....it was a very ingenious way I think and it was not in water bottles

I've smuggled live rare lady slippers mountain orchids out from thailand before ... cos my father loves them ... and oooohhhh .... i remember the pet markets overseas in places like bangkok and shanghai .... I was so tempted to smuggle home a golden pommy pup home cos they were like only 30 sing each ... entertained the idea of konking out the pup with choloform and putting it in a coat pocket .... i'm not sure about the fishies though ... you think it'll pass muster through the customs in a carry-on that way ? ...
elindra SG Wahhh evil!! Ya I was tempted about the puppies there too coz they are like so cheap!!! Erhmm what he did was put the fishes in a plastic bag layered with wet newspapers....thing is all the fishes survived
