It's not right, I'm not tryin to justify their actions.
I think it's how ppl are taught to react to circumstances like
this.
some were taught to dial 999 if they see an accident happen, some
were not, in anyway so maybe those ppl who'd slow down their
vehicles just to see ppl lyin in a pool of blood were not taught
how to react by their family, teachers or society.
we learnt that in primary sch, to call the cops didn we?
and sometimes, hw our family behave will also influence us.
