Don't worry!
Either the Singapore Post or the Singapore Tourism Board kept the
postcards until the draw on the last day of August, then they
started to send out the postcards.
You'll probably receive yours in a jiffy! 
And oh, must excuse the handwriting, ok? I was scribbling a few of
the postcards during my lunch break so the handwriting was bad.
