I don't know if it is credible or safe but you can check out
MarketPlace forum. Sometimes there are room(s) for rent. Quite a
way back, there was one guy looking for tenant. Not sure if he
found one. As you know, this is a forum so we don't really know the
true picture of a person. I don't want to make any sort of
connections. But perhaps if you post an ad in there, you can assess
for yourself, the responses and then take it from there. How does
