If they're that good, they shd be promoted to higher posts, or at least move on to other specialty to widen their job skills as part of personal devt. If they stick around for too long, it means --> deadwood (pa si buay chao type?) Unless, no other divisions want to take them?

My bro used to have his earwax removed at MOH building at Outram, many years ago..one pour and the missy removed the whole chunk of them...
Rhonda SG You can have that done. It's kinda like ear irrigation. You have to tilt your head to one side and the missy will fill up a huge, metal-barrel syringe with Water for Irrigation, then squirt that into your ear and the pressure / force will wash out the gunk. You might have to have it done a few times in a row to remove the gunk, depending on how much you have, and how erm... sticky-ikky it is! Then, the doc / missy will use an aureoscope to look inside your ear to see if it's clean. Bleah... just lost all appetite for lunch!

the Bear SG off topic again.. try ear candling i have a feeling they boil the boxes and cartons of the medication to make the simulated food they serve their patients in the hospital.. well, it tastes like cardboard and recycled plastic

Wanda SG I imagine it would be quite ticklish! Anyway, I thought ear wax normally would drop out on its own towards the outer part of the ears for easy removal, so no need to go to such extent.
