Any idea where to get it now? I can't find it in the electrical shops. I like the small-sized grill.

See the pic... The house is in for entire makeover Laughing

Elin, how long it will take?

elindra SG

Err by June 10, the oven, hob, hood will be in so is the microwave and wine chiller.

So I think by then most is done but furniture and TV etc will only be in on June 25

Wine Chiller? Shocked

elindra SG

What is wrong with a Wine Chiller? Must Shocked meh?

Rhonda SG

I also did a Shocked when I read that you'll be having a Wine Chiller, mostly cuz it's not commonly installed in homes here. I think you're the first friend I know who's installing one! Wink

shinta SG

wats a wind chiller?`

Rhonda SG

Just saw the new photos you posted... wow... progress! Very Happy

What floor tiles have you chosen for your bathroom? I kinda like granite tiles cuz they're rough and definitely non-slip. Quite a lot of bathrooms are like deathtraps with all that slippery floor! Razz

Rhonda SG

Sorta like a glass-door fridge but the temperature is kept just right for keeping bottles of wine.

Here, found a photo of a wine chiller for you, shinta!

Rhonda SG

This one I like!

Can place one in the living room... beverage corner! hehehe! Or if living in a large-enough house, can place one in the bar corner!! Mr. Green

"Come, friends, I make cocktails for you!"

shinta SG

ooo.. thanks rhonda Mr. Green

Rhonda SG

Wow... isn't this neat?

It's called the George Foreman Lean Mean Grill & Griddle Machine! Very Happy Just right for singles / couples!

They even have something called a 'BunWarmer'! hehehe! And nope, it doesn't warm your erm... 'buns' during winter! Laughing

Rhonda SG

Hmm... a Victorian Princess slept here? hehehe! Laughing

Rhonda SG

WHOA... take a look at this!

Mr. Green

It comes with a whooper of a price tag too - US$1,995!!!! Razz

One of my friend's dad imported one when they moved into their posh apartment in the heart of the city and when they held a housewarming party, the jukebox was the center of attention! Wink

elindra SG

Not sure if it is the same brand, but we settled for something like that too Mr. Green Wanted to get the medium sized one but figured this size is just nice and it looks cute too, plus most of his wines are consumed during Christmas so unless it is something he really wants to keep.

Err I thought wine chillers are pretty common in homes now Shocked

elindra SG

They are ceremic tiles that look and feels like slate tiles. Definately non-slip Mr. Green , minus the pricetag.

the Bear SG

no one needs a Wurlitzer Jukebox anymore... just have a PC with a 250GB HDD in the middle of the living room with enough speakers connected to it, you have one heck of a jukebox Wink

Rhonda SG

Smart girl!! Ah ma's and ah gong's can now visit you and go to your bathroom without it becoming a major jeopardy! Mr. Green

Rhonda SG

True... true... but jukeboxes will continue to exist... because they're basically still 'toys', in a way! Wink
