I kena warning better before at Jcube from LTA for queuing outside the yellow box ( I think just first taxi outside box). After that I dare not queue at clementi or jcube for more than 30 seconds if outside yellow box.

Anyone ever thio picking up customers at bus stops or stopping customers at bus stops? Bus stops are customers favour pick-up points and stopping points because they are safest and cause least traffic congestions. But regulation is cannot stop within 9 metres of bus-stop.

One example, Fu Lu Shou Complex no taxi stand but always got customers and they alway flag at positions that would not cause inconveniences to buses.

Stopping at meet regulations-requirement-positions (outside 9m from bus-stops) is more dangerous and would cause traffic congessions.

Sometimes, what LTA did is also good, every now and then, we complain pte cars stop here and there, pick up stop here and there, last time places like clemeti, fu lu shou bus stop alway jam one, so, now clear already, TDs also start to kpkb this and that…that is why, whenever I talk to Mr Yang or Jasmine Tan, they will said, never try to please a TD.

I would not stop for customers at bus stops if got buses there; if I do stop, I make sure I stop at the front most position such that I would not obstruct any bus that might enter the encaving. But it is actually still a violation of the regulations yet it is better than stopping dangerously further and causing traffic congressions or ignoring customers who also always complain about green light taxis not stopping for them.

However, I would never enter bus lanes during their operational hours.

I also ever got scolded by the driver of another car that was behind me. He said he almost hit my taxi because I stopped at the road side suddenly when customer wanted to stop despite me having my hazard lights on.

Dun worry, lah, you can alway wave a hand to the bus drivers, most are ok type lah, problem happen is some TDs got high ego and pride like former driver Bro KTC, geng geng dun want to move or give way or wave a hand of thank you or apologetic, these not only annoy the bus driver but the bus passengers too.

So the bus driver will sure to take picture and complain, and if bus passenger include people like our Mods, that smlj fireice…TD can go drink kopi cau cau at LTA office liao, not taxi office hor…LTA OFFICE

Nowadays, if I see bus come out bus lane, I will drive until infront of them and slow down to 20km/hr......

Most will switch back to bus lane......

Are you trying to block those SBS or SMRT buses, or those P-plate highroof, vito, viano buses? Or those from Woodlands Transport or Poh Lee?

SBS and SMRT buses.....

No reason for them to come out bus lane unless I know they switching lane to turn infront.....

Mostly are knn eh drivers, trying to overtake their own colleagues......

Because Bus driver got 15 minutes break after reach the interchange, if they go in late, may reduce to just 10 minutes (compulsory rest). But if they reach early, they can enjoy 20 or more minutes…so you think they dun want to chiong??

Limpek that day also kenna honk by bus…at balestier road before whampoa traffic light, knn, “B” sign limpek never see, some traffic light in Singapore, when turn green is for bus to go first, limpek also chiong…Many Buses honk and honk..lols
