The problem with ah Fu is that it is alway grumbling, or end up posting here with this and that problems, ah fu should be more pragmatic, be strict and decisive, if relief did not turn up, fark him up, ask him where the fark he is…be more taxi driver style mah, you think what?? nobody owe nobody a living, gum take, set rules, not gum, do not want to follow agreed rules, then fark off lor. Grumbling on income, day in and out paxs, LTA, govt policies, places is good, at least can share information, but grumbling on technical issue like where is my hirer and why my relief did not turn up is a very personal issue.

And my ah Fu and most of us here are seasoned drivers, we all should have know the in and out of hirer and relief issues, including super relief.

As for Ah Fu grumbling problem, u usually notice my ah fu claimed that he in a way put it like he was bullied? that tell you that he needs to puff up his strength and be heard, but not to this forum, because we are not his paxs or relief, it is to voice out to pax and his relief about his disappointment and unsatisfactory that get thing done. He therefore, needs to be strong and able to command respect

Unless ah fu is a newbie then, I got no say, but ah fu had been driving for so long, should hv some pride and dignity to uphold, smlj relief never show up, then tell him to fark off lor, lose money nevermind, but must hv some dignity, the next thing you might see his relief everyday come on time, return his taxi nice nice and even apologise to him.

And you should know that this forum is unlike my former chief one, who he likes to attract newbies, ours only for seasoned ones, but newbies are also welcome.

Ask him to fark off lor, super relief are mostly seasoned full time hirers, who get so fed up with driving or have bad habit like womanising or gambling until pok kia, so unable to hold the cab, end up, be super relief lor.

Then when kenna people like ah fu, sure to chop one lah. Ask him to fly kite and return key lah, lost money nevermind, but dun end up everyday fedup with boiling blood pressure.

In any engagement of partnership or business, the first impression is very important, if you protray a weak personality, people are sure to eat u cau cau, but if you protray a commanding one, one that will not tolerate nonsense, people will respect you, and most likely, those half past six lan jiao super relief or relief drivers will siam you. So, you end up getting good ones

i try to find out how much call full tank i hirer pump

both time still can pump in $4.xx n $3.40

why i go n check cos 150km n the fuel indicator show inbetween first n second white line

normally my mod tank if full can get 160 km at first white line
