I understand that some parts of the plants or leaves are sometimes used in small quantities to concoct herbal remedies/use as food colouring, but for many ppl, they go admire the pretty flowers and touch them without knowing they can be poisonous.

OCEANOS SG

Merry Meet Wanda,

True indeed. Some Herbs are mildly poisonous or poisonous when consumed in high dosage but some are needed as essential component, blending or Drawing agent to bring out best effect of the Herbal remedies. so care have to be taken in using herbal remedies. "The dose makes the poison." Most drugs that are beneficial in therapeutic doses cause problems & sometimes death as in overdose. This is as true for medicinal herbs as it is for pharmaceuticals.

Blessed Be,
Oceanos
