Mr. Green

deathscythe99 SG

Sure Mr. Green

1) Surfing (of course Laughing and includes chatting)
2) Photo-editing (Adobe Photoshop)
3) Webpage creation (Macromedia products come to mind)
4) The daily student requirements of generating reports (Mac Office) and chilling out (music!)

Thanks for helping hor. Very Happy

And I hope for it to be light too Embarassed

M©+square SG

Wahlau, all(most) the products you need are apple based mah.

Surfing - Safari, Morzilla etc.

Adobe and Macromedia products can get it the 'left' way.'
No problem at all. Like i've said, our neighbouring country have the materials you need.

For your usage ibook can liao. Smile
I need a Pbook. Cos got video edit.

deathscythe99 SG

Hmmz....yeap. I've also a need for Firewire and Bluetooth functionalities.

Laughing

The iBook is making me seriously gian, but a lotta ppl are asking me to join the dark side and get the T43 Confused

M©+square SG

In fact. Apple is the dark side.

Majority are on the right side(Windows)
Apple is the minority, the dark side.

Cheers!

deathscythe99 SG

I was talking more in terms of the colour difference. haha Mr. Green

Apple Apple Apple of my eye..... Confused

zaxis SG

where can provide good reasonable price service for NEC E120 motherboard repair?

LazerLordz SG

For chatting, my IM clients are Adium, Mercury, Skype and MSN Mac.But note that Mercury is working on a client that has the functionalities and features of the MSN 7.0 for Windows.

Macromedia and Adobe are very well-supported for Mac, and I would say, optimised for Mac.

Music..Windows Media Player, iTunes, and please get VLC player. It is very important and vital, not to mention damn idiot-proof Laughing

*Firewire 2nd gen is inbuilt in the iBook.

Anyway, since you are only going to use this on campus, it should not be too inconvenient..and being proficient in two OS is a good thing Mr. Green

deathscythe99 SG

I'm proficient in both Laughing

Just needs time getting used to

So for DivX movies... how?

DriftingGuy SG
