Seriously, you gotta learn how to do this.

defragment helps to rearrrange ur files in order so that

- ur programs run faster

- ur bootup run faster

I recommend doing this at least once every six weeks or so. A highly-fragmented HDD can really slow things down.

Imagine having to search for one chapter of a book on one shelf and having to search for the next chapter on another shelf. That will give you an idea of how a fragmented disk can slow things down. Files that are fragmented will take longer to read.

With defragmentation, you can put all the separate parts of the file together, allowing for faster reading speeds.

Depending on how badly-fragmented your disk is, it may take around 2-3 hours.

yeah... i'm leading a really unhealthy sedentary life... Confused

and i also realised i'm super clumsy. working around in the lab hor, i've gined dunno how many blue blacks on my knees and thighs. today when i was bathing, my thigh hurts, and when i look, there's this 11 cm long scratch running across it. omg, damn pain. dun even know where i got it from.

I've been using power drills, hacksaws and grinding machines... and my worst injury so far was a small scratch on my left hand.
