BT has the risk of revealing ur ip to many peers at one time, and i believe most of these ppl are caught not from ISP side but by external investigation party then seek ISP to accumulate more sustainable evidence.

Imagine your friend sending you an anime through MSN. If the ISP or RIAA can catch you, it means either your friend is a mole or the ISP/RIAA has been tapping your line.

If the latter, it's going to be the biggest news event.

if you distribute anime, it will be a double charge and i think those people who kenna caught, must have switch on their computer for the whole day, and i read some of the news in the blog,

some of them are nus/ntu student

and if they want to trace your ip address, everyday, how many people are downloading anime

furthermore, it should be random catching, and those people are too dumb to use uni server to connect to the internet and download.......

to be exact, it is very grey area, and furthermore, u have to know, lucky star is not licensed in singapore, so we are not violating the law, so how is it, breaking the piracy law, as what i said, unless it is licensed in singapore
