If the engines can be in good working condition, then why they
must be de-registered and why would other countries wants it?
s'pore is not like other countries whereby you can own a vehicle
for as long as you like..
when its got to go, it must go; no matter how gd the condition
is..
the engines can be sold to like thailand for example for use
with their vehicles..
imagine a vehicle (not a mercedes-benz) having an engine from an
old ambulance..
well in short, it's just like a heart transplant; when a person
dies & donates his/her own organs, another person could have a
better use for it..
