3 & upp paya lebar road.
i think they're the same. but CCL is 3 carriages.
They are different because the NEL uses 1500V AC Overhead while
the 750V DC Third Rail, the pantograph and the most probable reason
why you see the overhead catenary in 9V-SKA's photos is that Alstom
may not have third rail for certain tests.
