They recorded down what time you open and close, just so that
they can bring you to court cos you agreed to open between 11am and
9pm daily on the contract. 
Even better, they make you pay 3 years' rental if you want to quit,
and you can only quit if they have found another scapegoat to take
over your place. An all-win situation for SMRT, I must say.
