5 shops just closed and walked out, even though they might have
to forfeit a 3-month security deposit… an exit package orginally
called for a 5-month forfeiture fee (security + 2-mth rent), but a
shop’s monthly rent can be as high as $11k in one example cited…..
they would rather fight it in court i think….
