The Noiseology Freedoms Act (1973) Chapter 2(a), Paragraph 3(c)
specifically prohibits the need for members of Noiseology to swear
a personal oath of declaration to the Union of Noiseology Blah Blah
Blah and/or the Evil Banana.
Punishment shall be at the discretion of the Noiseology
Attorney-General.
