the transaction in the buying, reminds me of my recent trip to
eygpt where, almost every shop(food or non food) will have to ask
for change from other people, including the policeman. so
sometimes, got to 'save' time we buy more or other things instead
for a bargain.
and the thing about them returning u unexact change, seem like
those worst off bazaar owners there in eygpt, where u bargain, and
when u do not have exact amount to pay, they take it as u are
paying that amount for the item u bought. (eg starting price 30L.E.
bargained price 10L.E., cash given 20L.E., they take it as u
bargained to 20L.E., and yes thats the currency of eygpt)
