well, ture as you mentioned but the thing here is not so much
about the $0.50 lost, its rather, this Spratan guy didn;t have to
come crying foul when all he needs to do is just questioned the
stallholder, and if there is a written pricing then there is a case
else its just going to be his words against the stallholder's..
