Stupid clinic. Lose all my records. That's like nearly 3 to 4 years worth of records.

Lost never mind. But...

The insurance company that I'm under (IMI), also don't have my name.

1. Check under my father's name - Patient's records not found

2. Check my father's IC - Patient's records not found

3. Check my name - Found one. Do you have a registered English name as Angeline? Cool. No.

4. Check my IC - Patient's record not found

5. First time here - Yes

Ultimate lor... I'm non-existent...

Heng database doesn't put me as dead... otherwise... I wonder how am I going to clear my name... I'm not dead... Laughing

Don't know. All along is my parents handle such things for me... but according to them, is not cheap.

Seriously, get the company to check, double check, and triple check. Your parents paid a lot in premiums.... if the company doesn't even have a record of you, then all that money was spent for nothing.

Imagine the possible ramifications if you got injured or something in the future... and the company refuses to pay out because they don't have a record of you.

If all else fails, you may want to consider the Small Claims Tribunal.

Father's name which I'm under, Father's IC, my name, my IC

But basically, no such person...

And the insurance company tells me to consider the Small Claims Tribunal if they can't find my records everywhere...

I will have them screwed for that. So many years under them and tell me I'm non-existent????

Hmm... is there any proof of the payments being paid out to the company (e.g. official receipts, account statements, etc)? If you still have those, you've got a really strong case against the company.

And seriously, do go to the Small Claims Tribunal if they still can't find your records. This sure isn't a small matter at all.

Yes. They file everything. Just got to dig up those files, show them the records and ask them what the heck did they do to me.

And seriously, you might want to demand a full refund of your premiums and consider a change of insurance companies. I don't know what kind of insurance company loses the records of its customers.

If I remember correctly.... up to $10,000.

So as long as your premiums have not hit this limit, you can go through them.
