small claims tribunal? i think they are trying to get you to let
them off easy.
I don't know which freaking insurance company you went to. but if
they managed to lose all your records i think should be able to go
further than that.

i not that sure who's in charge of insurance, maybe MAS or MOH. ask
the company what the hell happened and what they are going to do
about it....
