mystee SG runny or blocked nose? think runny nose is easier to slp than blocked nose. mayb can try this… blow ur nose and make sure it is clear and slp b4 it accumulated again.
mystee SG try n blow till is clear and apply some medicated oil on ur nose, and try and slp. but the best is eat some tablet for flu, if u have it. clarinase helps for me.
