I use Zyrtec. You can only get it from pharmacies with an
in-house pharmacist.
It's non-drowsy and highly effective... I personally find it more
effective than either piriton or Panadol Cold. I take it whenever
my allergic rhinitis flares up.
Pretty expensive, though... it costs $8.50 for a pack of ten
capsules.
