QUESTION
Why is it that:
When you look at the rose in the day, the petals will look redder
than in the evening.
Now, when you look at the same rose again in evening time, the
stalk appears greener than in the day.
What is the name of this phenomenon?

Psycological effect. Think so. But could be due to other
reasons.
Because evening sky redder, so more red light reflected, the petals
look redder.
In the day time, more green light reflected, so green stalk appears
to be greener during daytime rather than evening.
