renorenal SG They got check your Hb prior to allowing you to donate one mar... if your Hb (hemoglobin) is borderline, they will give you the iron tablets lor, and with other hematinics such as folic acid and vitamin B12... If you Hb is quite high then no need... Iron tablet not so nice to take one leh... can cause constipation and make the stool black...
