Guys should be on the highish side... while girls will always be on the lowish side... 14-16 g/dL for guys and girls will be around 11-14 g/dL...

If they give everybody, you should take leh... not very cheap... can give to your friends or relatives who may need them... or those preggie women lar...

Pregnancy also cause constipation marz... so usually we give Maxolon with the iron tablets if the preggie woman has real low Hb... preggie women are prone to anemia (Hb < 10g/dL)

I think Spore only give to those who really needs it... but Malaysia gives out in bulk... govt supply everything... medication all free for all sorts of disease... you need only pay RM 1 for consultation and that's all you do...
