dangerboi SG You need to call them immediately after realizing that you've lost your phone. This is pure common sense alright. If i were singtel, yes, if i were....read it aloud.. great... I'll assume that you'll call me up immediately after knowing that you have lost your phone and at the instance where you've canceled your line, you'll not need to undertake any responsibility for the subsequent calls for they are assumed not be to made by you. It's common sense again. You have no proof that your phone was missing and that you didn't make calls to the countries that you've stated whereas Singtel has proof that the calls made prior to your line cancellation were made by you.
dangerboi SG Again to enforce your lack of common sense, anyone with an unsound mind could call Singtel up at 12am to cancel his/her line after he/she has been making numerous overseas calls or numerous downloading of music, wall papers and games into their mobile phone. Repeat after me..I will use my common sense after this incident ( apparently you are not repeating.. do it as it's for your own good and for the good of your future generations) ok..repeat again... alright..great...repeat a few more times.... do it again before you sleep and do it again at the instance you wake up tomorrow.
