Not possible man.. U are using Premium plan rite? Which is at most
12Mbps and also you stated that ur modem is capable of up to
12Mbps, even if its like almost all other modems, at most its
throughput can be 33Mbps. How can ever reach 48.16? Hmm.. Something
wrong lolz.. Can go and try again?
Basically Download speed is at the speed at which you can download
and similar upload speed is the speed at which you can upload (like
when uploading pictures to websites or attachments to emails).
Latency is the round trip time for a packet of information to go
from your computer to the server and come back. Distance is
distance from the server to your computer.
