A good decent multi meter would suffice. A bit of modification
is needed on the
red (+) and black(-) probe. Get a copper wire core, attach it to
the probe's metal tip and insert the copper wire's other end into
the DC connector's head according to its polarity. Be careful, even
if it can kill the voltage can give you shock.
