but then if u want to find the cheapest for each item in sim lim shop, must do 4 hrs of homework.. the one i gave u one is not the cheapest, its just between cheapest to reasonable.

And as a technician, he should know better what motherboards support Core 2 Duo better, and not give some motherboards that limit the processor's potential.

i suggest fullwell, its one of the better shops around with good pricing and excellent customer service.

my friend did up his comp there and he went back a couple of times with comp. and they actually called him up to check if everything is ok Shocked

okay maybe his comp is worth 3k tat's why....

Usually I go Fuwell. If they run out of stocks, I will proceed to Laser, a distributor company.

If you are building a PC yourself for the first time, the guys at Fuwell will help you out. No problems on that. But bear in mind, they are busy, so don't expect your answers to be prompt.

Then find one corner, sit down and look through. If the prices don't seem to make you happy after comparing, go to all the shops that sell that product and try and bargain. The trick always work, that uncle at this shop gives me this price.

I'm different, I know next no nothing in this kind of things. I only know designing, HTML, PHP and some half-bucket for some other things..which is hardly and barely required when buying computer. I also suck at bargaining, only good at complaining!

Damn! What should I do? Say sorry to my friend and tell him I'm really sorry for wasting his time and pestering him to help me build a computer? Or should I just watch my Dad's money being wasted like that.

Say, I were to go over to Fuwell, will there be a staff to help me out? I'd be really thankful if there will be one...

Maybe I should just tell a white lie, tell him I'm not buying a computer now, dropping the idea, tell him I'm buying something else or whatever...just pray hard he wont bump onto me on SLS. Sad
