one general solution: subscribe to a faster 10mbps or 30mbps plan…..and unlimited unless u wanna pay for the xtras

No lag. But it is the source of my Internet connections trouble. Probably something gone wrong in the uninstallation. I've used that before, and no problems, only recently uninstalled and there goes my Internet.

ndmmxiaomayi SG

Singapore is so concentrated until fast broadband = dialup.

chanff8 SG

If you use Firefox... Get downTHEMall as an extension. Works well for me.

M©+square SG

I want to find out lor.

How a home dial-up optimize 10mb and below download speed. Let alone 30mb.

ndmmxiaomayi SG

I'm also interested to know.

M©+square SG

If you're talking about modem and connection base.

ADSL are dedicated.
Only cables are shared.

But many factors played in as well.

Internet website server.
No. of BT seeders.
Upload serve speed.
No of users clogging the website etc...

contact1 SG

agreed..

fast broad band...= dial up...when too much user at one time downloading mega HUGE files and playing dota(no offence me too)

so what's your normal download and upload speed?.

last time when dial up./it was like 40kb/sec,,,
omg...download msn(7mb) took 3 hours..
haha

This cookie always come out with unrealistic suggestions i find.

TMD. want to download a software like Adobeaftereffects say 200mb from adobe.com.

If website server slow, i use 100mb modem and connection plan i also lan lan.
