Do not only rely on mature, elderly, semi-retirees and retirees
workers to fill up the gaps of job market in Singapore due to tight
labour market but also get the students (15 or 16 year old and
above) to do some works too. Encourage them to work as part timers
(during school holidays or whenever is suitable for them) so they
will know and learn the hard experiences of earning a living like
their parents. It will also help to train and transform them to be
more financially responsible, supportive, prudent and independent
for their own selves and family too.
