i predict manu to win narrowly, considering how their attacking form produces many chances but few goals.

manu to win 2-1. scorer to be roma's killer, rooney.

MANU FTW! Very Happy

Dead_Man_Inc SG

Who will ferguson start? Saha or tevez?

And who will play in the midfield role? Maybe O'shea? I hope Wes Brown is fit enough to start...

zocoss SG

Opps... sorry, i didn't know there was one already... waste my time only... Wink

Bramble "Star man" on the Wigan side.

Bramble had a good game against Liverpool marking Torres out. Shocked

Don't play play... Laughing

I prefer Saha to come off the bench in the second half when the opposition players are tired out becuz that is where his speed is most effective..

Dead_Man_Inc SG

its ok Laughing

iceFatboy SG

two ways of looking at it, use his speed to tire out the defenders, and draw the defenders from rooney for him to score an early goal...

rem, mu favourite tactics, 1-0 win...

Brown remains a doubt

knee injury could keep Wes Brown out of United's Barclays Premier League clash with Wigan on Saturday.

The defender picked up the knock in the 1-0 win at Birmingham last Saturday and was subsequently ruled out of the Reds' Champions League victory over Roma on Tuesday.

He is still struggling with the injury and remains a doubt for Wigan's lunchtime visit to Old Trafford.

"Wes is a bit doubtful," revealed Sir Alex Ferguson at his pre-match press briefing. "I'm going to see how he is after training on Friday. But we've got cover in that area."

John O'Shea is likely to step into the right back slot, as he did against Roma. Meanwhile, Sir Alex says he has a choice to make between Ryan Giggs and Anderson as to who replaces the injured Michael Carrick in central midfield.

"Without Michael Carrick, Owen Hargreaves and Darren Fletcher, we have a job to do in terms of picking another centre midfield player," said the boss. "We've got Anderson and Giggs, and I think one of them could supply the answer to that."

oh nos...

i think he's gonna pick Giggs over Anderson. Although, i would love to see Anderson play. Razz

omgukilledkenny SG

3-0 if Saha starts

otherwise 2-0.

Just hope we'll be inconsistent and break the 1-0 streak.
