"I told the players these teams will battle and make it hard and we would have to match that. But we didnt. We allowed them to make the play. Maybe it was a bit more difficult for some of the senior players to get motivated. We showed a careless attitude. It took Kieran Lee to save me embarrassment. I certainly did not want to go to penalties, as I think I have only won one shootout.
