missqi SG My 2.4 in school is coming up damn soon, and I'm fucked. My current timing is 1.6 km in 20:20. I wouldn't know my 2.4 timing because I cheated by 2 rounds. I haven't had PE for more than a year, so being thrust into JC life with PE twice a week is a rude shock. After that timing, I've been climbing stairs from 2nd floor to 17th floor at least thrice a week. How to pass my 2.4? Will climbing stairs help? My legs shake lesser and lesser as I climb more. Should I go pound the treadmill downstairs? If so, for how long? Thank you. v
leo-kun SG dont climb stairs is useless for 2.4km. try to go for sprinting 800m x 3 then 400m x 4 interval training will help
gigabyte14 SG only way is to jog now. serious. jog 2.4 everyday, dunnid care about the speed, just don't stop.
gigabyte14 SG if is treadmill try 30 - 45 mins. but jogging is better, really cos treadmill makes u sian faster
darkensun SG treadmail not really good...cause the condition of the environment is quite different... remember to do warm up and cool down before and after u jog...
zanza SG Go find some hills and run up run down, 1 preferably near a girls school so you got some distraction
hellfire_1646 SG every morning start running non stop and i say no stopping to take a breath and run at constant pace so you won't run out of energy fast. If you girl, i suggest start by running 1.5KM without stopping to take a breath and also increase 500m after running at that of 10 times or 8 times. For guys 2 KM start then go for night run also good. helps you to build stamina. If you think this is too much, why not try my way that i run start at 6 KM first then run at a timing of 45 mins. My best timing 9.10 for 2.4 click. SOF even run faster than me by a lot a lot, they even need to carry heavy equipment while running at fast pace.
