alan shearer is the current all time top scorer of the
premiership.
elbow his way to score the most penalties? then what about
ronaldo? he dives his way to many free kicks and
penalties.
might as well knight all the man u players to make you
happy.
Indeed he is, indeed he is...
But why do you like to pick on Ronaldo too? Why bring him into
this discussion... To be honest, Ronaldo at 23 has already surpass
what Shearer has achieved in his professional playing career...
When Shearer was 23, he has only 39 goals in total as a
striker... Ronaldo has already scored 60 at that age... But
more importantly, as a midfielder...
And Shearer's best goals return of 31 in a 38 games season was
equal by Ronaldo last season... While Shearer achieved his playing
in 35 matches, Ronaldo did it in 34.
Shearer for all the goals he scored, he was only considered
"a good English player"... Foreign coaches, managers and
players never recognized him as the top talent... He never won
the Ballon d'Or or the Fifa world player of the year either over
the span of his career... While Ronaldo has already achieved these
at 23...
The thread is about Giggs... Well, he has also achieve a lot
more then Shearer too... Scoring in 19 consecutive
seasons... Or all 17 Premier League season since it
started... And the most important one... 10 EPL winners medals to
Shearer's 1.
