not too sure about that, but yes, you can set the debit card spending limit by informing the bank.

actually, though, it's very troublesome to do that. PayPal is very safe, trust me.

i've subscribed to years of porn, bought stuff from US websites etc. using PayPal and nothing happened. PayPal has one of the most secure servers in the entire world.

yes, you can inform them, but i think it'll delay the process further as they need to re-submit and re-process everything. Anyway, no real reason to change lah, unless you go shopping malls or restaurants to settle bills whereby they need you to sign manually. :-D

now, with POSB MasterCard Debit, you have open up a whole new realm of possibilities, like buying from amazon, getting access to the wildest porn sites beyond your wildest dreams etc.

I've verified my account with my POSB Debit Mastercard. I don't see the money inside so I guess I have to top up the account right? But when I click on top up, they bring me to this page to print the page and bring to bank for transfer.

Anybody can help?
