Eee. 
I really think he is a flirt... He loves to both touch girls'
ponytails and do 'sweet' talk with the girls. He also likes to
block me from talking with the girl I (used to) like, when he sees
me having a conversation with her... He thinks I am 'flirting' with
her, when I'm just telling her my thoughts and emotions. I don't
know what to say...
