ben1406 SG too many stop over !! was looking @ the SQ flight to NY but too Ex. British & Qantas has a offer now.. $1700 + one year open ticket !

littlestream SG yeap, heard the non-stop from sg to newark (NJ) is the shortest but very expensive leh. huh? $1700 si si mi currency? i don't like going via atlantic. transit time too long. i prefer pacific way leh. anyways, sorry ah...don't know about BA and QA leh. good luck with your sourcing ah.
udontknowme SG dont all airlines have in flight entertainment??? tho my air canada flight from toronto to the maritimes had no personal teebee just the one big screen in the front of the plane
ben1406 SG $1700 SGD ! Yeah, the transit is 5 hours. It's almost the same transit timing as the Air Canada flights from SG-HK-YYZ !
ben1406 SG nooo, the last time i flew NWA from Japan to the twin cities, i had no personal TV ! 10 odd hours flight and they were showing some teenage ice skating show to a bunch of mid 30's Americans !
littlestream SG our domestic flights kayu one lah the attendant dropped the ice bucket and then just kicked away the cubes towards our feet instead of picking it up.
ben1406 SG LOL ! I think the worst airline i ever flew was NWA ! Really, guy beside me has his chair broken after take off ! Really funny ! They couldn't move him to another seat because the flight was full... Took them and hour or so before they bumped him into Biz class ! After that, i tried breaking my seat too !
udontknowme SG thats cos its NWA kidding i CANNOT stand long flight without a personal tv!!! esp cos i cant sleep on the planes... oh well....hope you get one with decent plane food too...
udontknowme SG yeah...plus....they dont even help you to put your luggage in the overhead compartment! no wonder why my parents gave up on air canada... and NWA i likes quantas...

ben1406 SG no north american airline is good ! air canada's food sucks and their inflight entertainment is really bad ! NWA, nothing to say about them.. United.. Just as bad as Air canada. Delta, don't even get me started !
