shade343 SG Think of it this way. Personalised Vehicle plates are considered a luxury. The government even has to upgrade their database and systems to accomodate such a move. If you want something extra, you have to pay a premium. Just like Ordering a plate of nasi Lemak with extra chicken wings. You have to pay for it.
