Yea!
The proposal for customised license plate has been brought up in
Singapore before. It was of course shot down for reasons of
administrative difficulties, encouraging one-man-upship, crime,
causing confusion, etc. Excuses.
The main reason for refusal is actually control, and the paranoid
need for conformity.
Now its a government initiative, ain't that wonderful of them.
