of course, but he may feel less guilt.

nevertheless, I don't condone what he has done, and call for full punishment of the law. No more he "could have" been fined and jailed up to etc etc. Just lay it down hard..

Hmmm...I heard that rapists and molesters are considered the lowest of the low...even the other prisoners look down upon them...seems like they have a higher chance of getting raped in jail

Don't need this,this type of offenders sure get many strokes of the 'rotan',this will make him suffer enough.
