we are in a consumerist era....but service professionals should
be extended to all levels...it would be good to highlight and award
dedicated TDs....just like how we did for best foodstalls in TV
programmes....we should give more recognition to other services, in
this case, the TDs....
put up SERVICE AWARD on Taxis who have done well and stand them
out on the streets and also give reward points, rebates etc.!
...e.g.
TDs are the so-called unacknowledged road ambassadors of the
world!
