Many people avoid their taxi dues to their high rates. I doubt they will be able to earn that amount.

from whats heard that seems no longer the case. acceptance getting more and more common and popular. some places i even see before customers waiting back just to take that big black car

michaelhuat SG

Poolman SG

Yes , they have their own ways of marketing , their very own unique base on hardcore customers base , integrated with SMRT's corporate clients . So basically , possible .

Trade secrets i know .

Rednano SG

of course the only way is to pull strings with connections...

e.g. high rollers from majority of those indonesian chinese who book your taxi to ferry him/ her to shopping trips and casinos.

Cktan1973 SG

U mean drive 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Maybe

Tubbyhubby SG

Possible...

That explanation sounds logical.

Uncle Cabby SG

if tat TD can eat, sleep, n even shit n bath (basically do everytin in his daily life) inside his taxi, then $10,000/- of course no problem.

another way is to put a robot at the steering wheel.

if any taxi driver are to make some loans from friends , he/she ...either gambler lost at casino , lost underground soccer betting , lost $$ 4D , womanising etc .....

A normal cabby without such hobbies , i dunno about others , everyday cabbies have those cold hard cash .

What is $200 ?

Director Hitman SG

michaelhuat SG

More of loan this and loan that, why not, go courts can buy everything, just take the loan, enjoy first, talk later. It is good for TD to venture out to do other business, but not using the taxis as a tool which valid the laws. Just like my army time COC, do anything you like, just don't get caught. My OC lagi good, he said, when you want to cheat, cheat big, don't go and cheat those kacang puteh amount and get caught, not worth.
