Shall we just agree to disagree what constitutes a good car buy
for a man vs a woman? Admittedly Deportivo knows what women want
from cars - my jaw went slack when I saw the picture of the Tigra
It's probably not a
good buy from the specifications point of view, but as long as it
turns heads, has a zippy enough engine and makes me feel like a
million bucks cruising around in it with the top down, it's a good
buy to me
Does that make me stoopid, Tailslide? I think if you knew how much
I spend on shoes you'd probably think I'm mentally impaired,
however some of the most brilliant women in the world have shoe
cupboards worth the GDP of a small African nation. Are they idiots
too?
Conversely, I don't see the logic in upgrading IT gadgets every
time new technology comes out, but some of the smartest guys I know
won't be caught dead with last year's toys.
Men and women value things differently, but that's what adds spice
to life. Imagine if we all thought the same way - the only
differences between us would be anatomical!
Anyway I digress. I'm gonna buy a flaming red coupe cabrio! Isn't
the entire point of driving a flashy car to command attention?
Hehe.
I'm quite taken by the Tigra, or maybe the MX-5. The MRS has fallen
from my initial favour cos of the manual roof - so troublesome, not
to mention unglamourous, to have to yank the damn thing up/down
myself!
Time to test drive
Just wondering, will
the insurance for a coupe cabrio kill me?
