Do NEA and ah wah soh know some rubbish cannot be recycled ?
Are they including these that cannot be recycled,
reuse to charge us ? Seriously, pure profiteering to charge
people on the amount of rubbish.
Recycling can be in different forms. Some can be used for
gift wrapping, removing dirt, and so on.
