Usually when workers have problems, they will bring it up to
their superior. And when there is no action taken, then only will
they vent their frustrations in "their own ways"
MOM, Corporate Managers and Ministers keep on bragging about
"Open Channels of Communications"
The problem is not "Open Channels of Communications".
The problem is this very same people do not tend to the issues
that was brought up to them.
At the end of the day, the workers will lose out because the
rules are tweaked to guarantee that they will become a loser.
Live in Singapore? Get used to the life style here.
MOM - that refect how the government is today. Put
up a lot of things say so many but .... in the end they ownself
fall short of it.
Open channels of communications ? What is there to communicate -
the employment act is clear - pay up salaries by ....certain date
!!! Nothing to talk about - if employer no money - they
should be ask to stop all work & face the court !!! - If they
cannot pay - still let them carry on work , people die or injuried
- they also no money to pay !!!!
This is the clear vision of 1st class governing !!!
